April 9th, 2012Quintess International Group (Canada) and (Morocco) are divisions of ConvergeNet Quintess Limited offering general merchant trade, import and export of used industrial and institutional laundry systems, new innovative environmental waste protection systems and advanced intelligent commercial kitchen cooking systems. Research continues for the development of an automated Garment Fashion Treatment System intended for use by jeans-wear and apparel manufacturers, contractors and finishers.
Development endeavors were assumed from the management of Quintess International Corp. (established in 1985) which marketed industrial laundry systems and processes for stone-washing and fashion finishing of denim jeans-wear to branded apparel manufacturers internationally.
The research activity is for an automated stone-wash fashion treatment technology and process for jeans-wear apparel and fabrics. The development company had previously created a new market in 1980s with the first commercially successful environmental stone-wash and acid-wash process in North America using a synthetic abrasive media sold to jeans-wear manufacturers and contractors internationally.
Many client companies benefited from the use of the environmental process which produced a 700% reduction in waste sludge with 35% lower production overhead and energy costs for brands such as Lee, Levis, Wrangler, Jordache, Girbaud, Calvin Klein, Lois, and many other brands throughout Canada, United States and countries in Central America, South America, Europe, Australia and Asia.
Turn-key laundry systems were marketed to branded jeans-wear finishing companies accompanied with the stone-wash and acid-wash process. Laundry systems were also marketed to institutional centralized laundries, hospitals and hotels across Canada, and to other countries in alliance with a Canadian distributor (established in 1968) of industrial/institutional laundry systems engineered and manufactured primarily in United States and Europe.
